WHO WE ARE
Queens of Production was made based on a Zoom Call that Toni created at the top of the 2020 pandemic.
With over 30+ amazing Queens in various positions and stages in production, Toni realized everyone
went through similar trials and triumphs being a freelance creative. We know the entertainment industry
has over the years glamorized our culture while behind-the-scenes numbers are still low in the
positions that help create the tv/film magic. Since the call, QOP has grown to be a resourceful tool as we
continue to educate, advocate, elevate, and collaborate with others who want to change the narrative in Hollywood!
